The Tea Party movement gained momentum in yesterday’s primaries. Rand Paul, son of Texas congressman and former Presidential candidate Ron Paul, won the Republican Senate nomination in Kentucky. He convincingly defeated Trey Grayson, the established Republican candidate in the race.
I photographed three Tea Party rallies back in April. Here are some picture from a rally held at the New Hampshire State House on tax day.
As of yesterday, many New Hampshire residents were still in the dark. Utility crews continue to work around the clock here to restore power.
The weather the past few days has cooperated though, and hopefully things can get back to normal soon.

I’ve shot a lot of skiing lately and absolutely love it. It’s cold and really windy at times, but the creative juices seem to flow up on the mountains. For more picture please click here.
I shot cross country skiing for the first time a few weeks back and last weekend tried it for the first time. It was fun, but conditions were far less than favorable. I fell a bunch, but am ready to get back out whenever we get some fresh powder here.
